for 1 guideline, based on group interaction. Pick a question
different from what either you or your neighbors did in Phase 1.
ALL work to be done in pairs.

10 minutes: People in even positions (person 2, 4, ...) work with
person on their left (2 with 1) on even person's question
10 minutes: People in odd positions (person 1, 3, ...) work
with person on their left (3 with 2) on question for "odd" person.
